I know both are 10/325 with 325mg. of acetaminophen. One is Percocet, the other is hydrocodone. Is one stronger, better or longer lasting than the other? Which one works better for most people?

Oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger than hydrocodone. In other words, 6.67 mg of oxycodone is equal to 10 mg hydrocodone in pain relief.

According to my understanding, oxycodone (Percocet) is stronger than hydrocodone. Both are considered short acting opioids.
