Dalvance (dalbavancin) for Skin and Structure Infection "I was given 1500 of Dalvance for MRSA. Blood test indicated that Dalvance had cleared it up. Two months later I ask Infectious Disease Specialist for another infusion of 1500 as a precaution. Now 7 month later and I have a full blown MRSA in my replaced knee. I can say that I lost my belief that Dalvance will make you well."
