Dr. Durbin graduated medical school with Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honors from the University of Illinois School of Medicine in 2008, and completed her residency at the University of Louisville Hospital in 2012. She currently works as an obstetrical hospitalist and part-time medical writer and editor via her company, KD Medical Communications. She resides in southern Illinois with her husband and two children.
